Property Developer is looking for a talent to join their overseas project development team to manage their project. This role will require frequent business trip mainly to ASEAN region.
Ø Maintain good relationship with local partner
Ø Conduct market research and identify market trend
Ø Manage well various area of project such as contract, financial performance, quality, and marketing strategies.
Ø Research and identify new investment opportunities
Ø Set up financial models to identify project profitability
Ø Business development activities to acquire new project

Ø Experience to handle similar project or asset management
Ø Financial and accounting knowledge
Ø Excellent communication skill is a must (speaking and wiring)
Ø Able to respect cultural difference and work well with different background of people
Ø Able to work independently as well as team
