Job Description

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and market gaps, aligning product design with client needs and business strategy.
• Develop and structure fund products, including positioning, pricing considerations, and defining target investor profiles.
• Prepare product proposals, business plans, internal approval materials, and regulatory submission documents.
• Support end‑to‑end product launch execution through coordination with internal teams such as sales and marketing.
• Monitor post‑launch product performance, operational matters, and client feedback, and recommend enhancements when needed.
• Research emerging trends, innovative product structures, and new business models relevant to the asset management industry.
• Evaluate the feasibility and regulatory considerations of new initiatives and translate viable concepts into structured projects.
• Collaborate closely with investment, compliance, legal, operations, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in asset management, fund product management, investment operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, product development processes, and regulatory considerations within the asset management industry.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, documentation capabilities, and project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in major financial jurisdictions, with experience in Singapore or similar regulated markets considered an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to balance commercial objectives with compliance requirements.
