【Position】
Post Fixture (Japanese speaker)
【Responsibilities】
・Handling post fixture voyage claims
・Manage invoice issuance and post-fixture voyage claims in accordance with contractual term
・Collaborate with Finance team on operational profitability, budgeting variances, and basic financial accounting
・Voyage profit and loss analysis and reporting
・Follow up with counterparties for timely payment and keeping records of outstanding amounts
・Monitor Shipping portfolio to ensure accurate market exposure management
【Requirements】
・At least 2-3 years shipping experience.
・Knowledge of post-fixture and operations work.
・Good negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Proactive, meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility.
・Team player and able to work independently.
・Good communication & interpersonal skills.
・Proficent in japanese to liaise with HQ and clients.
【Others】
・Salary: (determined based on experience and job responsiblility)
・Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
・Bonus: Variable Bonus 3~4months
・Annual Leave: 14 days in the first year. From the following year, +1 day/year, up to a maximum of 21 days
・Medical Leave: 14 days
