Our client is leading IT consulting company in Japan, which support clients’ transformation of management, business, and IT. Has strengths in handling project from planning to IT implementation without handovers by utilizing our accumulated project knowhow and knowledge as methodology. From 2020, they launched business in Singapore to expand our IT consultation service in APAC.
Responsibilities :
Engage in a bank's system implementation project as a PMO team member. Work closely with the development team. Will be working under the leader as a PMO member and the key responsibilities will be as follows;
- Track the progress of the project task
- Manage and follow up on the issues raised in the project
- Make arrangement between the relevant teams such as project stakeholders, development team, infrastructure team, users, etc.
- Liaise with the users, IT team and HQ team regarding inquiries, issues, etc. under client's PM in order to promote the project smoothly.

Requirements:
・5+ years of experience in banking or any related field.
・3+ years of experience of management and promotion of system implementation project as PMO.
・<Advantage> Working experience in Banking projects is high advantage.
・Good documentation capabilities of project management documents (Issue management/tracking, Task progress management (Todo/Status/Timline), Minutes of meetings, etc.)
・Good communication/negotiation skill to liaise with the users, IT team and HQ team regarding inquiries, issues, etc. under client's PM in order to promote the project smoothly.
・5+ years of experience in banking or any related field.
・3+ years of experience of management and promotion of system implementation project as PMO.
・<Advantage> Working experience in Banking projects is high advantage.
