Pharmacist

COMPANY OVERVIEW 
 
Our client, a specialist centre in the central part of Singapore is now seeking an experienced Clinical Outpatient Pharmacist.
  
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Carry out dispensing according to Good Dispensing Practice
• Interacts with patient and family members, and healthcare team counsel patients on drug therapy and usage.
• Verify discrepancies in prescriptions with clinicians.
• Identify, resolve and prevent drug related problems through checking of prescriptions for over dosage, drug interactions, allergies and intervene when necessary.
• Maintain the correct charging of medications to patients and retail customers and daily closing of accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution / supplies of pharmaceuticals to all requesting departments or hospital.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
• Holds a valid full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Preferably 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
• Well-mannered and cheerful disposition
• Good patient relation and communication skills
• Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable and independent as well as a team player.
