TS 51722 Partner Success Manager
Responsibilities:
· Identification and alignment with local/regional Account and/or Customer Success teams from the Global Independent Software Vendors (GISV).
· Support & facilitate Account Planning that produces actionable next steps towards co-activation.
· Deal coaching, including asset usage, engagement of supporting resources (i.e., Customer Engagement & GISV), and product demos.
· Ensure GISV pipeline hygiene, rigor and follow up through a consistent RoB with local/regional GISV contacts.
Requrement
Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations).
· Deep knowledge of cloud business models & how apps/ services are brought to market.
· Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a high level of technical proficiency
· Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies.
· Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
· Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
· Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
· Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
