Field Planning

-       Build annual plans to maximize the efficiency of budgets spent on field force resources (product advisors, community managers, sales champions, visual merchandizers, trainers) across South East Asia, Korea and India (S-KI)

-       Work with each geo to develop country level plans that aggregate into regional plans

-       Create execution, retail and distribution staff training plans that work for all lines of consumer business that map to their relevant investment

-       Build and manage the right field team structures, programs and KPIs to ensure delivery of the required business outcomes

-       Ensure all plans across S-KI follow the key Microsoft partner activation and readiness (PA&R) principles and priorities

-       Ongoing monitoring and management of field roles to ensure they are effectively meeting business needs

-       Partnering with category and partner marketing teams to plan for execution with distribution and retail partners for marketing programs, key sales beats, product launches and campaigns

 

Analysis, Insights & Program Tools

-       Ownership of ensuring correct reporting tools are deployed effectively working with the Asia PA&R Lead

-       Ensuring tools are delivering the business requirements relating to data and insights, representing the voice of the customer

-       Regular business review with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are being achieved and insights are acted upon across S-KI

-       Ownership of the delivery of PA&R data to the business in conjunction with the Asia PA&R Lead

 

Agency Elements

-       Ongoing review of investments against performance to ensure optimized delivery of programs against budgets

-       Own and drive regular Microsoft meetings such as Quarterly Business Reviews, annual reviews with PA&R agencies

-       Own and manage key senior and management relationships with agency partners

-       Drive definition, selection, onboarding and offboarding of agency partners

-       Ensure agencies are staying true to the PA&R strategy & driving consistency in delivery & execution whilst adapting to the local market needs

 

Operations

-       Define, build and manage operational processes to ensure PA&R programs are run effectively and efficiently across S-KI

-       Define, build and manage tools to measure, monitor and deliver on KPIs

-       Manage PA&R calendar and activity plans aligned with business goals

-       Drive optimization and management of sales advocacy (Champions) programs through retail and distribution

-       Maximise productivity & impact of the PA&R team through ensuring optimal mix of in store & digital evangelism

 

Team Management & Engagement

-       Build and manage a One Team approach to PA&R across the region through the various agency partners, ensuring their teams are highly engaged and motivated in bringing the Microsoft mission and values to life for the customer

-       Ensure onboarding, training, compliance plans are followed correctly and delivered in a timely manner at a high level of professionalism and quality that reflects the Microsoft brand mission and values

-       Partnership with internal stakeholders to maximize opportunity and input into consumer channel marketing strategy for S-Ki

-       Build and manage key relationships within the business that impact the PA&R team (S-KI LT, sales and marketing teams, category, finance, sales execellence)

-       Drive regular rhythm with stakeholders to ensure top-of-mind engagement with PA&R programs and performance

-       Support stakeholders with data and insights to drive the right business decisions
