Our client, a Japanese maritime company with a base in Singapore is currently seeking a Ship Operation -Japanese Speaking.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination with ship management companies, insurance providers, brokers, and charterers
- Issuance, billing, and collection of charter hire invoices; off-hire negotiations based on charter party agreements
- Preparation and review of charter party agreements and related documentation
Reporting to charterers and liaising with ship management companies in case of vessel incidents
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in both Japanese and English for internal and external coordination
- Prior experience in the maritime industry is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
