Our client, providing luxury membership services example travel, dining, shopping and wellness to members is now looking for Membership Executive.
- Responsible for providing excellent service to member’s enquiries (Membership Q&A, promotion, service), maintain good rapport. Basically liaising with customers via Email.
- Handle all enquiries and transactions, monitoring the status and take proactive approach in following up.
- Works collaboratively and in a positive manner with others.
- Prepares timely and accurate documentation and reports
- 1~3 years of customer service experience in Japanese (hospitality industry would be advantage)
- JLPT1~2 level of Japanese skill to liaise with customers in Japanese. (Especially for good at Read / Write)
- Passion of enjoying customer service.

- Working Hours: 9~6pm
