SALES MANAGER - CHEMICALS
A major regional chemicals distribution form is looking for a capable sales manager to lead a team of 4. The role focuses on specialty chemicals used for electronic/semiconductor industry.
YOUR NEW JOB ROLE
Drive and grow the business regionally
Mentor and guide junior sales staff to achieve their sales targets
Liaise with senior management in Japan HQ for new product introduction and distribution
Handle local and regional clients in terms of their requiremens and follow up to achieve orders
Source for potential new suppliers for specific client requirements as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Min 5 years' experience in chemicals sales, preferably with 2 years' managerial or supervisory experience
Tertiary education
Written and spoken Japanese to liaise with Japanese counterparts and supply chain partners
Experience in electrical or electronic polymers/compounds/fluids preferred
