JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provision of financial advisory (FA) services, such as supporting Japanese companies’ overseas investments in the ASEAN region
Transaction process / task flow: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire transaction process and demonstrate strong commitment throughout
Material preparation: Conduct research and prepare presentation materials under the guidance of senior team members
Negotiation / coordination: Support communication among stakeholders involved in the M&A process, including legal and financial advisors and target company management, under senior members’ direction
Transaction support: Provide appropriate support across the transaction process as instructed by senior team members
Research and data extraction: Conduct research and data extraction for material preparation as instructed
Coordination: Assist with coordination and communication among all parties involved in the M&A
Business Travel: Once a month to once every two months on average
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field
Proficiency in computers and MS Office applications
(Associate level) Approximately 2–3 years of practical experience in M&A advisory, M&A transactions, corporate investment, or corporate finance
(Associate level) Basic knowledge of financial valuation and financial modeling
Language Skills
Required: Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Preferred: Good communication skills in Japanese
