[Job Scope]
Ø Closely liaise with supplier to fulfill order and returns goods
Ø Attend customer’s enquiry and take necessary action
Ø Inventory Management to maintain right stock volume
Ø Closely liaise with internal parties for smooth business operation
Ø Other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior
[Requirement]
Ø Japanese skill (speaking and typing) to attend inquiry from Japanese customer.
Ø Proficiency in MS office especially Excel
Ø Have good communication and coordination skill
Ø Able to work as team as well as individual
