Responsibilities
- Build and manage each portfolio of the sales department by acquiring new and existing clients
- Quality control of the work of customer service managers
- Assessment of the effectiveness of managers, preparation of proposals to improve the work quality
- Development and implementation of tools aimed at increasing the involvement and effectiveness of the team
- Working with marketing department to search for new campaigns and lead sources
- Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
- Undertake such other duties, training and or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general responsibility of this role
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Must have 4 years of experience in CFD
- Developed leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in speaking Korean language as need to liaise with Korean counterparties
