Our client is a Tech company with Global presence and they are looking for an HRBP to join the company. This role will require the candidate to possess a strong drive for growth and the ability to work with ambiguity.
Role
- Collaborate with Business Leaders to deliver HR processes in the APAC and Europe offices
- Provide HR guidance and support in the full spectrum of HR including HR administration
- Handle Talent Acquisition and onboarding/offboarding
- Drive the implementation of annual appraisals and any L&D programs
- Contribute to HR policy making and processes that support the business unit’s people strategy and objectives.
- Strengthen company culture and values through designated programs and activities
- Work with Finance to support payroll cycle
- Any adhoc matters as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist
- Able to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision and demonstrate critical thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using data analytics in supporting decision-making
