[Job Summary]
• Prepare necessary documents such as L/C, Invoice, Packing List, etc correctly and in a timely matter
• Office administrative task
• Coordination role with Accounting firm and take necessary action accordingly
• Various type of researching duties
• Closely liaise with internal and external parties for smooth business operation
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior
[Requirement]
• Good Japanese Skill (at least JLPT N2 and above) to have better communication with Japanese counterpart
• Interest in logistics related duties.
• Willing to learn and challenge with a positive attitude
• Meticulous person
• Responsible and proactive person who is able to report to internal and external parties before being prompted
