Our client is a well-known global sport digital agency and consultancy that helps the leading sports organisations serve audiences and build businesses. Their services span from digital agency, consulting, commercial to production. The client is currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Editor to manage content and editorial works for the Japan Market.
Responsibilities:
· Content Management
o Provide and publish original content for Japan
o Rewrite media releases
o Perform match coverage (articles & all live matches)
· Website Management
o Translate articles and club statements
o Translate videos subtitles
o Matchday coverage articles and live
o Adhoc Translation: Club marketing materials
o Research & reporting: Digital trends, competitors
Requirements:
· Editorial experience is a must. Journalism experience will be considered.
· Fluent in English & Japanese – to perform translation between both languages
· Passionate in sports, especially football.
· Understand current trends on social media.
