Responsibilities: You will be part of a vibrant and multi-cultural team to: • Be responsible for the entire sales cycle including sourcing for new clients • Contact, convert and onboard new leads through follow ups and scheduling demos • Manage post-sales activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge and customer support • Develop and implement retention and upselling methodologies designed to increase existing business • Maintain a deep understanding of the platform to speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs • Interact with customers via chat, email, and other channels to deliver an amazing customer experience from new user onboarding through feedback and support
Requirements: To be successful in this position you need to have a strong sales mentality and be self-motivated while working closely with a small team. You must be comfortable independently seeking out and implementing innovative solutions to drive sales and manage existing accounts. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal   • Previous experience customer success, account management or sales • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with CRM system • Comfortable in a client-facing position to manage customer relations • Experience working with start ups is not a must but preferred • Some experience in SaaS
