· Responsible to attend all the incoming inquiries and take necessary action
· Support sale team and prepare necessary documents
· Coordination with internal and external parties
· Other ad hoc duties assigned by senior
[Requirement]
· Customer service experience in any industry
· Able to communicate in Japanese (Listening and speaking) to attend Japanese speaking customer
· Responsible person who is able to act according to the situation
· Has good time management skill and able to work as a team as well as individual
