Our client, one of the elite Japan based aesthetic clinics located in the busiest shopping district of Singapore, is currently expanding and hiring a Client Service Executive.
The role:
· Perform front counter client service support.
· Reply to email enquiries and answer telephone calls.
· Secure client appointments and schedule of aesthetic treatment.
· Perform administrative duties such as cashiering, registering, and stock taking.
· Maintain cleanliness of front counter.
The ideal candidate:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in client service support positions. Experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industries would be a plus.
· Possesses excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Able to operate basic computer software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Others
· 5 working days (1 weekday and 1 weekend off days)
· 10am-8pm or 11am-9pm
