CTO at DeFi product company

 

The company is newly being set up in Singapore under one of the largest staking platform in Asia. It manages crypto assets worth over USD200M and is currently 16th in the staking pool ranking with over ,1700 pools. This Asia's largest staking pool is looking for CTO to launch an innovative DeFi product that incorporates a staking mechanism.

 

 

【Responsibility】

1.       Being responsible for the company's long-term technology strategy

2.       Technology evangelist

3.       Mentoring for Engineers

4.       The CTO needs to look both inside and outside of the organization in terms of time management.

5.     CTO's responsibility to each department in the company.

 

 

【Requirement】

-  Able to commit to achieve the responsibilities mentioned above

- Technical Lead, Product management experience of B2C service in Financial industry.

- These experience in Blockchain is a plus.

- Being able to lay the groundwork for technology strategy. The company can’t miss technology trends and also can’t fail to coordinate technology and business strategies.

- Able to keep in-house Engineers’ culture healthy. Measured by whether the engineer's happiness and productivity are high at the same time. If there is a problem with those indices, the talented engineers who are already there will be in friction and cannot attract outside talented engineers.

- Able to maintain employees’ satisfaction. Like a CFO, the CTO should be like a customer support centre for employees within the organization. It is useless if the satisfaction of employees with the CTO as a request is low.

 

 

【Other information】

Location: Any country, but working along with Singapore/Vietnam time. Full remote working.

Package: Basic salary + some other remuneration  

Interview process: 3 rounds with Executive members
