OVERVIEW
A leading Japanese general construction company is seeking a Construction Managers to work on large-scale commercial facility projects in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead major building projects in a dynamic international environment, working closely with Filipino teams and top-tier local partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage construction for new builds and renovations of large commercial facilities in the Philippines
Oversee schedule, quality, and safety management on site
Lead and coordinate Filipino staff, subcontractors, and specialized contractors
Build effective teams and provide training to local personnel
Liaise and negotiate with designers, consultants, owners, and government agencies in English
Manage procurement, labor compliance, and site operations according to ISO 9001
Resolve issues related to scheduling and material procurement
Provide guidance on advanced structural construction techniques to shorten project duration
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required:
High school diploma or above, preferably with relevant academic background
Intermediate or higher business English communication skills
Experience in construction management for underground and above-ground structures on large projects
Experience managing construction projects overseas
Ability to negotiate and collaborate with local Filipino partner organizations
Preferred:
Experience working in Southeast Asia, especially the Philippines
Familiarity with Filipino culture and business practices
Ability to lead multicultural teams and demonstrate ownership of responsibilities
Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions

Competitive monthly salary (PHP 220,000 – 300,000, dependent on experience)
