Hands-on CEO (BD) at the startup Fintech company to build up the company from scratch.




1. Business Head

- As a person in charge of the business, lead the marketing, sales and deliveryof 1. tailor-made blockchain-solutions to enterprise customers in variousindustries and 2. outsource software development services

- Build relationships with potential customers, partners and other stakeholdersby yourself to design blockchain-solutions that meet the needs of thecustomers, while working with development team to develop optimal products and services

- Design the sales/marketing operations to achieve and grow sales and buildthe sales/marketing organization for execution

- Acquire customers and sales through top-sales leveraging your own networksand sales efforts

- Define detailed action plans and tasks in sales, marketing and other areasand assign them to members within the company

- Keep track of the latest situation regarding market/competitive environmentand industry development, and seek opportunities for business expansion


2. Corporate Management

- Publicize and communicate with shareholders, government agencies, media,investors and all other stakeholders as the face of the company

- Formulate company mission and vision and implement them within thecompany

- Responsible for the short-term and long-term strategy formulation of thecompany

- Set definable and measurable strategic goals with a focus on both economicprofits and customer satisfaction

- Achieve short-term and long-term sales and profit targets

- Guidance, training and retention of the members within the company – BDmanager, sales manager, marketing manager, etc.

- Evaluate risks to the company and implement measures to monitor andminimize risks




- At least 10-12 year experience in selling and delivering complex ITsolutions to enterprise customers

-Deep knowledge about software and technology, preferably inFINTECH or blockchain industry

- Outstanding top-sales capability to acquire new customers andsales

- Track record of growing organization and develop talents/team ina start-up environment

- Capability to analyse and manage the business from PL/CF andother financial perspectives

-  Strong commitment to short-term and long-term financial results

- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation andpresentation skills

- Personality to lead the organization as a team player andcollaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, while being an independentthinker at the same time

- Experience in building new business relationships and clients inSoutheast Asian countries and sufficient knowledge of Southeast Asian ITmarket

- Entrepreneurship with a strong sense of responsibility and a veryhigh level of integrity

- Extremely strong interest in blockchain technology and industry

- Hands-on experience in corporate marketing and productmarketing


Good to have

- Existing network with potential customers in the blockchain industry

- Deep and broad network with IT/blockchain players, governmentofficials, media, investors and other potential partners in Singapore

- Experience in fund-raising and existing network with potentialinvestors

Package: Basic salary(S$8,000 – 12,000) + AWS +  company share(depends on your performance)
