Business Analyst - Insurance Systems

COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the famous tech consulting firms is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to work with their client, a bank.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee business process, determine areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Requirement gathering, documentation and analysis.
• Make business optimization strategies.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including a technical team.
• Create comprehensive test scenarios based on requirements and conduct UAT, facilitating between stakeholders, a technical team and users.
• Monitor timely completion of project milestones and activities.
• Apply change management approach and methodology throughout the project, including preparation of related documentations and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Goot to Have

• Good to have data mapping tool experience (e.g. Data Spider and Boomi)
• Good communication skills in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
