Position: Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Regional Sales & Solution Function
Develop business solution for company's products
Maintain and build strong business relationship with customers/ distributors
Handle sales enquiries from company website
Support SAP Sales Module implementation
Responsible for operations support but not limited to handling L/C, order processing, logistics arrangement and procurement
Project management from concept, prototype to implementation
2. Regional Marketing Function
Managing regional level Branding and PR activities
Expand and promotoe digital marketing capabilities (LinkedIN, Facebook, Instagram, GOOGLE, etc.)
Maintenance of company's website, content creation and managing future B2B online platforms
3. Any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma specialized in Engineering / Business Administration/ Marketing
At least 5~7 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Aftermarket sales and/or Business Development function, preferably in industrial/engineering business in Asia Pacific region
Experience in management of key accounts; customer centric role and familiarity working with digital media is preferred
Able to work in across cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
Experience working with Japanese companies and ability to converse in Japanese will be advantageous but not mandatory
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to travel frequently for Asia-Pacific Region such as Thailand, India, Australia, etc. however subject to current coronavirus-related travel restrictions (travel frequency up to 60%)
