The company is a leading healthcare provider. They are seeking a driven They are seeking a driven Service Manager to oversee the entire Asia cluster service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive APAC technical service strategy, prioritizing growth opportunities and driving commercial standardization across the business.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, escalations, and reporting.
Manage the technical support team, focusing on individual performance, technical skill development, and career progression.
Design and implement improved process flows, standards, and operational policies.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of progressive experience in a related field, with demonstrated success in managing technical service teams.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related fields or related Industry and / or
service management experience.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the APAC market and cultural nuances.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective service strategies that drive business growth.
