Our client is a full-service artist management firm working with Japanese and German pianists to spread the joys of Japanese, Western and Chinese pop music around the world in classical piano form via concerts and online platforms.
The scope of services for pianists include concerts, CD album and sheet music publishing, e-commerce sales of merchandise, fan coordination and social media management.
The Artist Manager is responsible for all technical aspects of the operation of our recording and broadcast studios located in Japan and Europe.
This role requires a strong communication skill and the ability to negotiate deals that benefit interest both our artists and partners.
The successful candidate shall report to the company director, and work alongside Marketing Managers in supporting our artists.
Job Responsibilities

Provide focused, direct day-to-day guidance for artists

Liaise and coordinate with local promoters, venues, contractors, royalty collection agencies, music publishers for concert tours in 40 cities worldwide

Coordinate recording, publishing and manufacturing of CDs and music books, as well as royalty collection and copyright clearance matters

Source for and negotiate with sponsors and partners

Tour management for artists involving social media, merchandise sales, social media, fan engagement, publicity, and advertising
Job Requirements

Good command of English, Chinese and Japanese languages to communicate with international counterparts

Strong interest in travelling

Meticulous, consistent and highly organised, with excellent problem-solving skills

Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant fields
