As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative Officer to join their expanding team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a dedicated and well‑organized Administrator to support daily office operations and maintain efficient administrative workflows. This full‑time role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including documentation management and expatriate support.
Manage sales and purchase invoices, bank transfers, delivery coordination, and account balance tracking
Liaise with the accounting firm and handle invoice submissions
Oversee company vehicle matters, insurance, and office assets/equipment (including consumables)
Attend to incoming calls and manage visitor reception
Make bookings for air travel, accommodation, restaurants, and golf courses
Assist with expatriate arrangements including visas and fringe benefits
Support general office administrative activities
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsible, detail‑oriented, and maintains a positive working attitude
