Located at central of Singapore, our client is in heavy equipment industry with global presence. As part of expansion, the team is looking for an Accounts Executive to join the team.
Responsibilities:

Upload invoices and process payment
-
Perform bank reconciliation
-
Review unaudited report and journal entries by outsourced firm
-
Liaise with bank on credit matter
-
Liaise with company secretary
-
Perform filing of invoices, debit and credit notes
-
Work closely with outsourced accounting firm on accounting matter
-
Support admin duties when admin is away (ad-hoc only)
Requirements:
-
Degree in Accounting
-
At least 2-3 years relevant working experiences
-
Willing to work at central area
-
Experience working with outsourced accounting firm preferred
-
Able to work in a team and detailed oriented
