Our client, Japanese Energy Company is looking for Accounts Assistant who could assist their CFO in accounting and financial matters.
The Company is located in CBD, and working hours will be 08:30-17:15 (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for full set of accounting.
- Liaise with accounting firm, external auditors, banks, tax agent, and other relevant authorities to ensure timely submission of all statutory filling requirements.
- To assist CFO in AP/AR, invoicing, petty cash claims, pay rolls, preparing financial report, and taxation.
Requirements:
- Experience in full set of accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP B1 will be advantageous.
- Responsible, meticulous and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Interest in Japanese language to liasie with Japanese collegues will be an added bonus.
