Senior Software Engineer (Back-end or Full-stack)
【Responsibility】
-To work as a member of Scrum team as senior software engineer with other engineers, QAs, product manager and team manager
-To help junior engineers resolve issues and obstacles in the development and perform code reviews
-To maintain consistency, maintainability, scalability, and performance of the products while making it more convenient for our customers
-To have a strong understanding of what kinds of problems our products might have to solve for the customers along the way
-To proactively clarify, understand the requirements and estimate the work volume
-To develop quality programs where you are assigned
-To document spec, design and things needed for knowledge sharing
-To actively participate and contribute in meetings and workshops
【Requirements】
-For Backend engineer: Solid knowledge and hands on experience with Java or Apex(Salesforce) and Relational Data Models. Strong understanding of Web Architecture Designs and best practices
-High coding standards - understanding of test coverage, best practices, clean code and test pyramid concept
-Hands on experience with designing highly scalable and customizable systems, with in depth knowledge of Restful API designs, microservices, data store and large scale enterprise system designs.
-Strong understanding of security, and experience with performance optimization is highly desirable
-Experience with asynchronous messaging architecture will be an advantage
-Agile (Scrum) development - preferred
-Experience with CI/CD process using CircleCI would be a plus
-At least 5 years of working experience as software engineer using Java, Apex or JavaScript
