Responsibilities:
· Planning, managing, and coordination of events
· Schedule management: Client/Visitor meeting arrangement and coordination
· Equipment and inventory management
· Postal and courier arrangements
· Expatriate support: translation works, Visa application etc.
· Ad hoc duties as per required
Requirements:
· Minimum diploma with relevant working experience or degree holder
· Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently
· Flexible and helpful, good problem-solving and multitasking skills
