Our client, one of the leaders for consumer products are currently looking for highly motivated and strong leadership Senior Sales Manager (Team Management) to join their admirable team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible to manage the sales performance of the business unit.
- You will also require to leading a sales team through execution of activities, monitoring and guidance and motivation.
- Managing gross profit generated and new business developed in terms of operational costs, manage key customer accounts and deliver sales figure.
- Identify new opportunities, develop and implement sales development plan to ensure good quality project pipelines consistently.
- Ensure accurate project & sales forecast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree qualification.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of B2B Sales experience in management a team.
- Strong change management skills and experience leading organizational transitions to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Solid exposure in consumer products will be an added advantage.
- Good presentation, communication and influencing skills.
- Highly motivated and able to lead teams and achieve organizational goals.
- Strong leadership skills.
