Our client is a Private Equity Firm based in Singapore, looking for an investment analyst for the investment execution and the investor relation.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research and due diligence of potential investments
Prepare investment memos and other necessary documents including financial modelling and review transaction agreements
Manage logistics and provide necessary assistance to execute deals and projects
Monitor performances and conduct KPI reviews of existing portfolio companies
Prepare and send periodic reports and notices to investors and provide necessary support to investors
Job Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in finance or management consulting,
Fluency in Japanese (both verbal and written) in order to cover Japanese clientele.
