HR Director

Our client, a Japanese company based in Singapore is currently looking to hire a suitable candidate to join them in the below position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be in charge of a full spectrum of the HR function

-Provide support recruiting activities

-Facilitate the implementation and Annual performance review

-Manage Union matter

-Review company policy, benefits

-Process monthly payroll

-Arrange company events and internal/external meetings

-Manage Admin matters

-Expatriate management

-Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field.

• Minimum 15-20 years of HR experience in Singapore

• Business level of Japanese(N1-N2 level) would be an advantage to communicating with Japanese stakeholders.

• Good communication skills

• Multi-tasking, and Fast learner

Salary: SGD 8-15K, depending on the experience +AWS+Bonus
Working hours: Mon-Fri 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model
