Job Title : Inbound Operation Executive
- Responsible for handle Customer Service(After Office Hour hotline on Duty Rotation basis), general inbound travel operations matter, plan itineraries, make arrangements for incoming travellers.
- Handle queries, requests & feedback from Tour Guides.
- Work closely with internal departments on operations requirements/procedure
- Min 2 years relevant experience in travel industry
- Japanese speaking proficiency will be required to liaise with Japanese speaking native customers
- Team player and responsible, passion for travel
