Technical Support Specialist
A market-leading MNC that partners with top tech giants is looking for Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support with urgency and professionalism in mind. An ideal candidate is analytical and efficient in resolving technical issues.
· Understand deeply client’s technical issues and resolve the issues timely
· Communicate with professionalism to resolve the issue
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure highest possible level of service quality
· Continuously improve current process and develop more efficient new workaround if need be
· Key area to troubleshoot: network, server, database, content management, software applications (not all are mandatory)
· Experienced as tech support in shared service environment
· Plus point: knowledge in cloud engineering or other emerging technologies
· Gross salary up to $6500 per month (commensurate according to experience & skillset)
· Permanent position with performance bonus and benefits
· Due to job nature, this role requires shift work and working on holidays/weekends
