The Technical Sales Engineer role is suited for a driven and customer-focused professional who can support business growth across power supply and power test solutions. This is a dynamic role that combines technical expertise with sales skills, working closely with customers to deliver suitable solutions while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Drive sales of AC/DC power supplies, programmable power sources, and test solutions
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Support customers from pre sales to after sales stages
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering
Basic understanding of power electronics, AC/DC systems, and electrical specifications such as voltage and current
Ability to read datasheets and schematics
Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer focused with strong problem solving ability
Self driven, proactive, and results oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with power supplies or test and measurement equipment
Background in industrial electronics, automation, or energy sectors
Experience handling RFQs, tenders, or distributor networks
