Our client is Japanese IT Solution Company, looking for Support Engineer-eBanking Application.
Support and provide service to bank’s corporate customer for cash management system, related products and services.
Responsibilities include, but not restricted to:
-Implementation of various products and services to customer's pc
-Configure customized application solution to interface customer’s system with bank’s platform and others.
-Effective management of interface project communication with both internal/external stakeholders
-Conduct user training either on site or via teleconferencing
-Troubleshoot and/or provide on/off site support for internal/external parties
-Perform data registration and maintenance
-Compile and analyse data for report purposes and others
-Strong communication skills with professional manner since candidates need to communicate with bank’s cor-porate client.
-Customer service experience
-Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel.
-Diploma or above education background
-Willing for long period
