The Supply Planning Team Lead will manage ongoing supply chain replenishment activities and be responsible for project tracking, reporting and governance. He / She will also cover stakeholder management required to support Average Manufacturing Price (AMP) operations such as, but not limited to, master data management, process change management, development of procedures, and communication materials.
The supply planner will be working in partnership with relevant Supply Chain teams, regulatory, quality teams from selected sites all around the World and markets in the APAC region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Is responsible for managing supply chain planning activities.
· This colleague will work closely with key stakeholders such as Operation Leaders, Center & Site Supply Chain Leads, market and site supply chain colleagues to communicate and manage information required to support key initiatives.
· Regularly provide summary of supply status to key stakeholders, sponsors and leadership team and seek their support and guidance as necessary.
· Develop and maintain communications, procedures and training material as required for supply chain projects managed by the colleague.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the interrelations in functions and tasks required to be completed by the various stakeholders to ensure supply continuity.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 5 years working experience in Supply Chain related fields (planning, scheduling, procurement, logistics, customer service or demand management) preferably in the pharmaceutical/ chemical industry.
· Good communication and presentations skills with working knowledge of standard IT tools for data calculation, processing and presentation.
· Japanese speaking proficiency is required to communicate to Japan market team.
