Our Client is a US Fortune 500 MNC, and leader in the IT industry. They are looking for talented professional with a passion for learning and with strong marketing, operations and program management experience - with aptitude and the excitement to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute skilling initiatives to help support the growing tech skills deficit in APAC

The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Our Client's APAC Chief Learning Officer as part of the World Wide Learning Organisation, with responsibilities for skilling three key audiences:  internal employees, customers and partners, and future generations/communities.

 

The job will directly support the CLO and work with them to drive marketing, program and operational execution of a select set of key skills programs that align to the three audiences.

 

The role requires a high degree of operational excellence and initiative, required to look proactively across the numerous program deliverables and deliver outcomes to support the CLO. The Skills programs across the 3 audiences are relatively new, and require keen analytical, process, program and execution skills to drive progression and innovation - in lock step with the CLO and key Digital Skills stakeholders in the APAC subsidiary.

 

 

Location: flexible, any State in APAC

 

Travel: Currently not required per the COVID crisis and/or in line with Client's Policies by location. Travel will be required upon return to business as usual (mainly interstate with CLO to World Wide Offices for customer, partner and team meetings)

 

Days per week: 5 days a week, 9-5.30pm.

 

 

Job Description

 

Customer & Partner Skilling (50%)

-          Demand generation and enterprise skills initiative (ESI) program uptake for Tier 2 customers.

-          Skills Marketing activity design and execution to support clients/partners

-          Planning, logistics and execution of adjacent skilling deliverables to ESI tech skilling for key clients such as Hackathons, Lunch & Learns, merchandise co-branding, joint collateral development

-          Skills Certification marketing demand program design and execution (LinkedIn learning)

-          Joint co-marketing planning and execution with managed 3rd party Learning Partners in Partnership with the APAC Learning Partner Manager

-          Use data and dashboards to drive analytical insights on the state of the programs and recommend strategies and tactics for continuous improvement and deliver regular reporting to the CLO and Management team

-          PR and case studies for skilling success stories working with Client's APAC Marketing Team

-          Design, set up and ongoing delivery of Customer Skills Advisory Council

-          Drive integration of Microsoft Services Skilling assets into programmatic deliverables for CLOs Skills Managers

-          Lead continuous improvement and feedback process on behalf of CLO/Management Team – collation and representation into WW Learning feedback program

Employee Skilling (10%)

-          Skills Certification marketing demand program design and execution (LinkedIn Learning)

-          Learning Partner co-marketing activity  

 

Future Generation & Community Skilling (10%)

-          Program pre-sales/evangelism of the Client's in-program: Learn for Educators: Institutional Program in partnership with Client's Education Skills Lead, Account Teams and WW Learning Inside Training Program Managers

-          CLO execution support working with skills leaders for key philanthropic programs:  job seekers, indigenous people, young people and women

 

General / cross Program (30%)

 

-          End to end skills programs monthly communications outreach to Our Client's APAC Leadership Team status, results, forward view

-          Build regular CLO management review presentation decks for key leadership meetings: locally, and globally

-          CLO/Management Team activity administration: offsites, team events, team meetings

-          CLO admin, calendar support as required

-          Co-ordination of Internal APAC Skills Council: meeting minutes, follow up of actions, and feed into relevant CLO management reviews

-          Collateral design and written development of Our Client's APAC Skills Brochure

 

Desired Skills / capability

 

-          Administration & operations excellence, attention to detail with 4-5 years of relevant experiences.

-          Strong organisational skills and ability to positively influence others

-          Very strong writing and communications skills

-          Data and analytics (excel, data analysis, reporting)

-          Presentation building/PowerPoint

-          Experience with program delivery of technical skilling and enablement

-          Strong presentation skills

-          Strong stakeholder management skills

-          Experienced Marketer

-          Program management

-          Customer, partner and employee communications

-          Interest/passion for skilling

-          Working knowledge / experience of Cloud Services & Solutions (preferably Azure) a plus

-          Experience in customer and/or partner facing roles (sales, marketing, service or support roles)

-          Korean speaking a plus not a must

 

 

Desired Tooling experience
