Job Responsibilities
To support the company by providing legal advisory & compliance support.
Draft & review legal contract & agreements.
Ensure that legal risk exposure to the company is minimize by assisting to enhance & update the existing policy framework and guidelines.
Review the company’s compliance to ensure that it is line with the legal requirement.
Identify the potential legal & compliance risk & action plans to be taken to mitigate the risk.
Provide advice and guidance to internal & external stakeholders on legal and compliance issues and challenges.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, or any other relevant field.
At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Singapore & Hong Kong regulations.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
