Job Description
  • Recruitment
    • Support hiring managers in their recruitment needs, which includes drafting job descriptions, working with recruitment agencies in sourcing, screening of CVs, interview arrangements, and preparation of compensation proposals and letters of offer
    • Preparing of onboarding and orientation for newcomers, and offboarding for leavers
  • Performance evaluation & Management
    • Support in the annual performance evaluation, increment and bonus exercise
    • Arrangement of appraisal scheduling
    • Preparation of increment/bonus calculations
  • Personnel Management
    • Updating and maintaining of employee database using SAGE system
    • Application of business visas
  • Expatriate Management  
    • To administrate application and procedure of work passes and submitting of required materials for all EP/DP applications, renewals, short term visit passes and cancellations
    • To manage entry procedures and applications
    • To liaise with the relevant government ministries if necessary
  • Employee Benefits
    • Maintain and administer employee benefits program such as medical insurance, leaves, flexi-benefits, annual health screening
  • Training and development
    • To support the sourcing and implementation of training and e-learning programs for employee development
    • Supporting of annual Strategy Day event and lecture by Senior Executives
  • Events
    • Support in the organization, planning and implementation of annual employee events and activities
  • Employee Engagement
    • Conduct annual employee engagement survey
    • Collate survey results, prepare result materials for presentation to management
  • Participate in market salary survey and support HR projects implementation
  • Ad hoc
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR managements
    • Coordinate with relevant group company counterparts
    • Respond to employee queries and requests
    • Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
    • Support of secretary matter
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent 
  • Min 3 years of HR generalist experience 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge in Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Responsible and ability to manage time and deadlines well
  • Hands-on and proficient in MS Office
