Our client is the world’s largest network provider. In line of the current business growth modal, we are looking for a Technical Provisioning Engineer to maintain infrastructure and network support for our client’s global team.

  • Ensure the SDWAN/SASE service is up to date and optimally tuned for customers.
  • Responsible for Configuration management and coordinating Release Management;
  • Pro-actively manage the service and keep the system configuration optimally tuned to the Customer’s requirements. Ensure network or application performance issues are addressed during service meetings, or otherwise will be handled by the Service Manager.
  • Responsible for scheduling and upgrading the Customers service platform. Software updates will be scheduled outside Customers Business hours, or during weekend hours.
  • Provide monthly Service Review reports for customers based on the application and network performance, give recommendations to improve the performance and identify action items, such as:
  • Present and discuss the periodical reports during the monthly Service Management Meetings and take minutes of the agreed actions.
  • Additionally, planned changes or developments in the customer’s network or application landscape will be discussed during the Service Management meetings. The SD-WAN Engineer will manage the configuration on the Customer’s behalf.
  • Perform or coordinate the execution of changes, due to changes in the Customer’s organization or the IT landscape.
  • Participate in the SD-WAN Practice On-call schedule. During the on-call period, the SD-WAN Engineer is available 24/7 for managing all High and Urgent priority cases and alarms.
  • As a result of Standby/On-call duties, or at the request of the SD-WAN Support team) the SD-WAN Engineer will perform support tasks:
◦ Processing and resolving tickets within the SLA requirements
◦ Update customer on the progress of the specific incident or problem
◦ Answer customers’ questions related to the use of SD-WAN/SASE systems and perform incidental user training.
◦ Keeping case information up to date in the firm’s Ticketing system
◦ Keep customer information up to date in the relevant support directory
Participate in Internal Team or 121 meetings, Customer project meetings and actively engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues.
  • Ensure knowledge and certification requirements are up to date regarding the Expereo delivered technologies and other relevant networking certifications, such as CISCO.
  • Higher level education and a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience;
  • Extensive IP network and security knowledge/experience and troubleshooting skills:
  • knowledge of network routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), IP addressing (IPv4, IPv6), security (ACL, IPS, IDS) and related infrastructures (NTP, AD, DNS, DHCP);
  • knowledge of security technologies (IDS, IPS, FW, Proxies, PKI SSL/TLS, IPsec VPN);
  • Preferably have experience with of SD-WAN/SASE services and networks;
  • Preferably have experience with Zscaler or other cloud base security solutions;
  • Networking certification: Cisco CCNA and CCNP or similar demonstrable qualifications
  • Strong customer focus, including experience with face-to-face customer meetings
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Good communication skills in the English language
