Our client, a global Air freight chartering company, is looking for a Business Development talent (Vietnamese speaking) as part of expansion plans.
This is a commission-driven role.
- Acquire new potential clients via leads, referrals, databases, cold calling and enquiries
- Set up sales calls with clients via online and face to face meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Responsible for hitting own sales target
- Build and grow own network of contacts for potential clients and businesses
- Training will be provided
- Handle mainly Vietnam market, but also support other ASEAN markets as a minor portfolio.
- Ideally 1-2 years of sales or business development experience
- Vietnamese language proficiency is required to liaise with Vietnamese clients.
- Logistics or freight forwarding sales background will be advantageous
- Aggressive and sales-driven towards achieving own target
- Highly committed and willing to respond to client enquiries outside of business hours
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness to win prospects and close deals
