OVERVIEW
Our client, a well-established Japanese multinational manufacturing company, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its ASEAN regional sales team based in Singapore (East).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage sales coordination and administrative tasks, including price revisions, quotations, and update processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business continuity and customer satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries related to delivery schedules, quality standards, and environmental compliance
Support new customer development and account expansion through effective presentations and proposal activities
Coordinate projects including progress tracking, meeting minutes, sample requests, and datasheet management
Prepare sales forecasts and support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory
Diploma or higher qualification
(Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines is preferred)
At least 1 year of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
(Experience in electronic components is an advantage)
Experience working in a Japanese company
Willingness to travel overseas once every 2–3 months, mainly to Malaysia and Vietnam.
Business-level proficiency in English and Chinese, required for internal and external communication
Advantage
Japanese language skills (beneficial but not mandatory)
Holder of a Singapore Class 3 driving license

Monthly Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 5,000
