-    Plan, develop, execute and analyze for sales and marketing operation process and reports including Surface Sell-in, Surface Sell-through & pipelines, Surface Customer Adds, Surface Attached with Cloud, Surface Channel Inventory, Seller or Customer Program Update [if any], Segmentation Revenue Adjustment, Strategic Customer Propensity etc. He/She develops and analyzes the performance report/dashboard for monitoring and managing Microsoft’s Surface Commercial performance for supporting sales & marketing to drive fast pace, dynamics business.

 

-       Create the rhythm of the reports, the standard portal & drive consistency of communication & data across APAC, subsidiaries and leaders.

 

-       Plan, develop, execute and analyze promotional offers for end-to-end process. He/she joins Worldwide quarterly promotion meeting to understand guideline, develop promotion plan aligned with inventory, gather insight, agreement & approval from local BG/PDM/On-line Store (OLS) team, calculate the ROI and share the customer promotions to team. He/she escalates the issues or feedbacks to regional support team to find out work around or ask for exceptional approval.

 

-       Analyze the promotional trend, result, ROI and be able to make optimization for the programs

 

-       Manage Seller/Surface Programmatic activity, Seller Incentive, Distributor Incentive from report template, data source, pricing support, calculation, on-going result and communication

 

-       Rhythm of Business [ROB] Management for the Team, including scheduling meetings and management of meeting logistics, some data/report, scorecard input & analysis for Subsidiary MBR/QBR, Corp VSU and QBC.

 

-       Reporting and tracking partner claim status for the promotion Manage channel inventory, DTV and sell in report to provide consistency information, raise the urgency, share SI status and help drive Surface SI Business.
