The Research & Development (R&D) Engineer role offers the opportunity to join an R&D team developing next-generation power electronics products used across global applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in electronics, power supply design, testing, simulation, and hands-on product development.
Responsibilities
Design and develop switch-mode power supplies
Work on analogue and digital control systems
Build prototypes and perform lab testing using equipment such as oscilloscopes
Run simulations using tools such as LTSpice, MATLAB, or similar platforms
Troubleshoot and optimise designs for performance and reliability
Collaborate with manufacturing, PCB, and quality teams
Requirements
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Fresh graduates are welcome, with internships or projects considered a plus
Strong foundation in circuit design, electronics, and power electronics
Hands-on mindset in lab testing, debugging, and product development
Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Embedded programming experience using C, C++, or MCU
Experience with simulation tools such as LTSpice, MATLAB, or Simulink
PCB design or hardware project experience
Python or automation tools experience
