Job responsibilities
· Business Development for new leads to onboard as dealers for third party lease and hire purchase.
· Build, Maintain and Extend relationship with car dealers and salesmen.
· Ensure that all documents submitted by dealers are in place for processing and execution.
· Visit the showroom to attend to salespersons and customers and to pick up documents.
· Answer to customer enquires pertaining to leasing and hire purchase.
· Check the credit profile of the applicant and verify the information given in the application with the customers.
· Key all information into our system before the credit access the status of the applicant.
· Provide customer service to our lessee after the delivery of the car
· Attending to customer's enquiry on application, road tax, insurance, and any problem faced by customer before and during ownership.
· Attending to Dealers’ lease and hire purchase applications.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
· Experience in automotive industry.
· Sense of ownership and responsibility, as well as desire to achieve and succeed
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to multitask effectively.
