Conduct quality review regulary and ensure the excellent quality and the success of company culture.
Keep follow and update product knowledge and processes.
Responsible for analysing the feedback and execute how they can improve. 
-Experience in Customer Service Quality Assurance, Customer Excellence, Customer Experience etc.
-Strong communication and multi-tasking skill.
-Self-driven, Excellent analysing and coaching skill.
-SIX Sigma / COPC are an advantage.
-Fluent Japanese is required to handle Japan market.
