Job Description
· Lead the teams providing medical information to clients and healthcare organisations
· Supervise all client documentation
· Keep up to date with medical/clinical information shared to clients/healthcare organizations, regulatory procedures, SOPs and company policies
· Coordinate all processes between clients, staff and management
· Ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary medical/clinical knowledge and techniques to provide clients and healthcare organizations with optimal customer service
· Provide advice and expertise to client-facing colleagues
· Manage team matters on a daily basis
Job Requirements
· Mandarin Language is a must to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
· Degree in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical required
· At least 2 years of management experience in the customer service industry preferred
· Able to work shift hours (start early morning, end late evening) - no weekend/night shifts required
